Had an amazing stay! What a great spot and location for most of what big bear has to off! The walking distance to everything was amazing! Plus power shut off in the hotel so me being an electrician on site i was able to assist an get power back up an running since there wasn’t really anyone on site to assist late that Saturday night! Will definitely be back and bring family and friends again!

The 2-bedroom double cabin was cute, quaint, and clean. The location was great, and the one downside is being a bit far from the hotel. The texting with the hotel feature was wonderful, and fast/helpful. Would definitely come stay again.

The room was spotless & the staff was amazing. We will definitely stay there again, however not on the first floor. We had people above us stomping there feet and being loud until 3/4am.

The view from the room is by far the most beautiful aspect of this hotel, it’s gorgeous! The room wasn’t shabby either, the modern gold finishes, warm woods and textures used throughout, is so inviting. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. My only criticism was that the bedding was FIRM. Even still, can’t wait to visit again in the warm weather to use the beach and sauna.

Great vibe, beautiful decor, lovely beds, friendly staff, cute fireplace, wonderful views and location. We liked the gym, sauna and electric car chargers. Good cocktails at the partner Nona restaurant and the igloos were fun but the paper plates and appetizers were disappointing. Overall- we loved our stay and hope to return.

This property is in a perfect location. I’ve stayed here several times. This time we only had an issue with our heater. It wouldn’t heat up and after looking at how dirty the filter was I knew it was that. The maintenance guy came, took off the filters and cleaned and it worked good after that. They should do regular maintenance on the mini splits to avoid this problem. All the staff in the front office are very nice. The only bad thing about this hotel was the restaurant part of it. We specifically choose this hotel because they have a restaurant and when we went to try to eat the guy at the door said he didn’t have any more room for the next two days. I asked if I can at least order to go and he said no. So we couldn’t eat there, order a pizza to go, or even have a drink the bar. I know it was cold but they had plenty of seats outside. I would have been ok sitting in the cold or even taking my food down to the fire pit or my room but that was not an option. I understand that it was full for the next two days but even his tone was rude and careless. So if you are planning to stay here make other plans for lunch and dinner! Don’t count on eating at the hotel because apparently they don’t have enough food to serve anyone unless you have a reservation.
