THE SPACE
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, an open layout, and a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace that creates a warm mountain atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV make the space an easy place to gather after a day exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and everything needed for easy meals at the home. Just off the kitchen, the formal dining area and second living space provide additional room for the group to spread out.

The front deck is one of the highlights of Lakeview Retreat, offering beautiful views of Big Bear Lake along with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table for 6. It is a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, or dinner with a view.

Out back, the fully fenced yard offers another private outdoor space with a propane BBQ, outdoor furniture, pine trees, and surrounding landscaping. The home also includes garage access with a dog kennel available inside.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a King bed, lake views, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and private ensuite bathroom with a spa shower. The upstairs Queen bedroom includes a lounge chair, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom provides additional sleeping space for families and groups.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
