The Space

The main living area offers the classic warmth of a Big Bear cabin, with stone-and-log character, updated flooring, a wood-burning fireplace, and views toward the lake. The comfortable layout creates an inviting place to gather after a day on the water, exploring The Village, or skiing the nearby slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals during your stay and flows naturally into the main living spaces, making it easy for family and friends to spend time together.

The primary bedroom has been updated with a king-size Purple mattress, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, and French doors opening to a private lakeview deck. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water or step outside to enjoy the quiet Metcalf Bay setting.

Outside, the spacious lakefront yard gives guests room to relax and enjoy the property throughout the year. Spend summer days swimming along the lakefront or launching a kayak or paddleboard when conditions allow, then unwind in the private hot tub in the evening. During winter, the yard can become a fun space for snow play when conditions permit.

Spend your days in one of the best spots on the lake nestled in the trees in a protected cove in a mulit-million dollar tree lined neighborhood in Meltcalf Bay, only 2 miles from the village and some of the best hiking in the area. Enjoy seasonal lake activities, exploring Big Bear Village, or skiing at nearby Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. Enjoy a morning stroll or a nice run down very scenic pine treed streets with lake views. GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels, and linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival and will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What We Provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy the lakefront beach and swimming area, subject to current lake conditions. There is no private boat dock, and launching motorized boats directly from the property is not permitted. Guests may not use neighboring private docks.
Pleasure Point Marina is nearby for boating services. Guests are welcome to bring kayaks and paddleboards for use from the lakefront, subject to lake conditions.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
