Once you step inside this newly upgraded two story cabin, you are in the heart of the home!
KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND UPPER DECK:
The kitchen offers new stainless-steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, and a full coffee bar, complete with complimentary Starbucks coffee (3 different varieties), Torani flavored syrups, cream, sugar and an assortment of teas! The kitchen also features a farmhouse style sink and seating at the breakfast bar, and is fully stocked with all the pots and pans, bakeware and kitchen accessories you’ll need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.
Making your way to the dining area, get cozy in one of the oversized leather swivel chairs and enjoy a nice warm fire in the wood-burning fireplace. There is a large Roku-enabled Smart TV, visible from the kitchen and sitting area as well. The built-in corner dining table offers a great space to enjoy a meal, work remotely, play a board game or sit and sip your coffee while gazing out the windows at the beautiful wooded view. Just off the sitting area is upper deck access, where you can step out and enjoy the fresh air, a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or grill on the propane barbecue.
GUEST BEDROOMS AND BATH:
Down the hall you will find a full bath on the left stocked with complimentary luxury Terra Pure toiletries. At the end of the hall is the first guest bedroom offering a Queen bed, a dresser and ample closet space. To the right, the second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, a dresser, ample closet space and a Roku-enabled Smart TV.
DEN / GAME ROOM:
Downstairs you will find the cozy den area complimented with an oversized sectional sleeper sofa, wood-burning fireplace and a large Roku-enabled Smart TV. There is also a variety of board games and card games provided and throw blankets for all!
MASTER BEDROOM:
The spacious master bedroom is off the den area, providing a California King size bed, a dresser, ample closet space, a Roku-enabled Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom stocked with complimentary luxury Terra Pure toiletries.
LOWER DECK, HOT TUB AND BACKYARD:
You can gain access to the expansive lower deck from the downstairs. Step out and enjoy the brand new built-in hot tub! There is a large dining table with umbrella and an additional picnic table for the kiddos. This home is pet friendly! Be mindful that the large backyard is not fenced in, but your furry friends are more than welcome to enjoy the outdoor space with you! Enjoy the numerous natural pine trees and plenty of outdoor space for activities, games and more!
Pet Friendly: We allow up to 2 pets! Cats are welcome as well. $85 per pet
You can park a maximum of three cars in our driveway.
There is no street parking allowed in Big Bear Lake.
Moonridge is a hillside residential area on the south end of the Big Bear Valley and is surrounded by national forest. Moonridge is home to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Big Bear Alpine Zoo and the Moonridge Corridor.
Free Big Bear Trolley: Mountain Transit`s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the City and greater Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.
If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

1. Per Big Bear Lake code, you will first need to check-in at our office and show a copy of your ID, which must match your reservation. Our office is located at 41933 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Please park in the parking lot and enter from the front of the building and bring your ID. Our office hours for check-ins are Monday-Thursday 1pm-7pm, Friday and Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 1pm-7pm. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking in outside of these hours. Once you have read a copy of the cabin rules and regulations, we will then give you the access code to get into the cabin.
2. This is NOT a party house! This is a cabin for quiet enjoyment with family and friends. Guests agree that if the police or a code enforcement officer are called to the property and they find you guilty of any violation that all guests will immediately vacate the premises and forfeit all monies paid as there are no refunds for evictions.
3. Reserving guest must be 21 or over to book this property and your reservation can be canceled if you are under the age of 21 and/or have negative reviews from other hosts.
4. All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy (Max occupancy is 5 guests, children and infants count towards the max occupancy per the City of Big Bear Lake) and you cannot exceed (3) cars. Issues with either are subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy.
5. No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line past 10:00 p.m. and spa hours are prohibited between the hours of 10pm-7am per our permit and Big Bear Lake.
6. Please remove all shoes and snow gear to keep the floors in top condition, thank you!
7. All trash must be bagged and taken to trash receptacle off-site to Clean Bear Site #1, 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or a $25 fee per bag will be charged as there is no trash service and this is required even of residents due to animals and other issues.
8. Critters such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bears, coyotes, mountain lions, wild donkeys etc.) are native to Big Bear and it is typical *INSIDE & AROUND ALL homes* in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these creatures, especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray etc., but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. Please respect nature & accept all that comes with it if booking here.
9. Guests cannot move any of the furniture. Guests will be billed an additional $200 if they move any other furniture.
10. If anything is missing or damaged, the guests will be billed for the current replacement cost and/or repair if they cause damage to the house and/or its contents.
11. While this is a pet friendly home, all reservations are limited to a maximum of two (2) dogs per reservation, provided that guests have paid the $75/pet fee per dog before check-in. No pets allowed on the furniture or bedding or there is an additional $250 cleaning fee plus damages.
12. Please note we service the spa every stay and it may result in a dump and fill (all new water) in which case it make take a day if necessary and to prevent any cleaning issues to warm up the entire first day of your trip - this is not a common occurrence but nevertheless can occur. There are no refunds as we are doing our due diligence to keep the hot tub clean for your use.
13. Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Any power outages normally last a couple of hours or less, however this is the mountains and there are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to weather or accidents as these are beyond our control.
