Location, location, location!!That says a lot... it was a quick walk to the lifts. That was the selling point for me. I think the unit I was in requires some TLC! The unit is outdated, and there were some minor repairs that need attention, such as, blinds, window coverings, door lock operation, etc. Other than that, I will rent again because of the location. Its a plus not having to drive to the ski area, look for parking, pay for parking, or wait for a shuttle to take you to and from your lodging.Give it a face lift and I'll give 5 stars!!Such as,

Great Value & Location

We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!
