Inside, walls of glass keep the lake at the center of nearly every room. The open living room, kitchen, and dining area make it easy to cook together, linger over dinner, play games, and enjoy the kind of conversations that only seem to happen when nobody has to be anywhere else.
When the day finally comes to an end, comfortable bedrooms - including a peaceful primary suite with its own private lakefront deck - offer the perfect place to recharge before doing it all again tomorrow.

Check-In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please ensure you complete the welcome submission form before your arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

Garage: The Garage is temporarily unavailable due to owner storage.

Pets:
We welcome up to two (2) dogs with a $75 pet fee per stay. To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, please:
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds.
• Crate dogs if you leave them unattended on the property.
• Ensure dogs are always on a leash when outside and close by to avoid any incidents.
Please pickup after your dog.

Trash Disposal:
• Bagged Trash: All trash must be securely bagged and disposed of offsite at one of the designated free trash sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
(Site #2 is less than a mile from Boulder Landing)
• Fee for Non-Compliance: A $65 fee will be charged per trash bag left behind.

Fireplace Usage:
We have a gas insert and electric fireplace located in living room and primary.

Kitchen Cleanup:
We kindly ask that you clean the kitchen after meals. This includes rinsing and placing dishes in the dishwasher. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

BBQ Use:
Please enjoy the outdoor grill but ensure:
• The grill is cleaned after each use.
• The propane tank valve is turned off after use.
Failure to clean the grill or refill propane tanks may result in a $100 fee.

Thermostat Settings:
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay. Before checkout, kindly set it back to 65° to conserve energy.

Spa Guidelines:
For a safe and enjoyable spa experience:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup build-up.
• Return the spa to 100° after use.
• If the water becomes murky, additional fees may apply for a dump and refill.
• Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly when not in use.
