Terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel was infested with cockroaches and ants. On my first night alone, there were what looked like millions of dead ants all over my room (photo attached is only a small portion). The room looked nothing like the Expedia photos—it had stained walls and curtains, mold in the bathroom, and was poorly maintained.
The staff was incredibly rude, especially the petite young man at the front desk. They charged me for “dirty” bedsheets, something I’ve never experienced at any hotel. I also overheard him insulting me over the phone and discussing with someone I assume was the manager how much they could charge me. Housekeeping even took all my towels one day and never replaced them, forcing me to use one I bought myself.
The location is inconvenient, and I found much nicer hotels in central Biên Hòa for less money. When I tried to cancel the rest of my stay because of the conditions, the property refused despite Expedia reaching out to them. I will never stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
