Room 817 door latch was consistently difficult to operate. Deadlock was very difficult to set. One handle fell off of double French doors leading from seating area to bedroom. These things happen and they are certainly not going to keep me from booking here again but they do need to be addressed by the maintenance personnel. I did not mention these to front desk personnel upon checkout as they were very busy.

This has been my go to hotel over the past couple years. However our past two visits have not met my expectations. The previous visit I found a transgender hormone pill in the corner of my room. My son was just starting to crawl so that could have ended badly. This time around I asked for the room to be double cleaned and ready for us. The room was clean and great upon arriving. I took a shower the next morning and the water was pooling in the tub which was pretty gross. I then later that night realized the mini fridge in our room had broke. We had brought some hello fresh meals that all spoiled. They replaced the fridge the next day and my son’s morning and night teething gels had gone missing. I kinda expected them to offer to take something off my bill considering I lost
