I had great stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. There was grocery store and CVS within walking distance. Metro was only 10 minute walk away. The price was about $80 cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The property was well located between two metro stops, and had attached, a quality Mexican restaurant with Thai, Italian, Japanese, American eateries, all within a short, five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was s bit sparse, no continental breakfast or even coffee options so one would need to walk to nearby Starbucks for morning jo. The hotel was basically clean but the rooms are quite small and spartan like. My room went a day without hot water but was restored in short order. If location is important, where not having a car is part of your plan, this hotel meets the mark. If you’re looking for amenities, the Bethesdan is right next door and a Marriott is just a short walk down Wisconsin Av.

The hotel was disgusted. It has not been updated in decades, wallpaper, hang off, taped up with tape plaster on the wall the rooms I would never step barefoot on the rugs stains on the rugs crayon markings all over the wall, black mold in the bathroom, the door of the room was stripped.
