"Very nice place, recently renovated, all the materials were crisp and clean, warm and inviting. Plenty of space to sit (2 bar top areas with bar stools), comfy couch, very comfy king size bed… Property was very quiet. There was a hot tub but it was not maintained well (water was mirky) but nice to have. Be careful if booking on Expedia- it may not send you check-in info."

"We had a great stay at Jess's place and though we did run into a few issues with hot water and the pool needing to be clean, Jess was immediately on it and had someone come by the house quickly. The house had ample beds, seating, and activities for our multi-generational group, though a heads up that some of the bedrooms were quite small so while okay for kids, a few adults sharing a bunk room is tight."

"Overall nice clean place to stay! Two easy things to do better is turn the AC on before customer arrival. We had a very hot day and night and it took a long time to cool the room down. Other is we had trash leftover from the previous guest which was probably just missed by housekeeping."
