Welcome to the Bethel Fun House Retreat, an ultra-luxury riverfront retreat on 5 private acres with 300 feet of direct frontage on the Androscoggin River. Newly remodeled and freshly expanded, this 7-bedroom, 8.5-bath home sleeps 30 across 21 beds, with a private en-suite for nearly every bedroom — just 10 minutes to Sunday River, 5 minutes to downtown Bethel, and 15 minutes to Mt. Abram.

The amenities are in a class of their own:

• 20x40 heated saltwater pool (seasonal) with water volleyball and basketball
• 7-8 person hot tub, indoor sauna and a two-person steam shower
• Indoor pickleball court and multi-sport golf simulator
• Dedicated home theater with a large sectional sofa
• Game room with pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, jumbo Jenga, board games and gaming consoles

Guests have exclusive, private use of the entire home and the full five acres of grounds with private river frontage. Perfect for ski trips, family gatherings, retreats and luxury escapes in every season.

Please do not drive your vehicle anywhere on the property outside of the designated driveway spaces. There are shallow water and septic lines running throughout the frontage.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. David was fantastic. The property is gorgeous. We had a few hiccups at first but David was so responsive and went above and beyond to take care of us. We would absolutely stay here again and he is huge part of that decision. Great property. Great host!

I have a large family and we have rented houses for many years usually on a lake. This is the first time we rented a house with a pool. We had an amazing time. The house was large enough for us all. The pool area with the outside covered grill was great, came in handy when we had a couple rainy days. The large back yard was great for games it's private and quite. Any time I had an issue David from the property management company got right back to me. Look forward to booking in the future.

This is a very nice property with an amazing outdoor space. The pool and patio area with a hot tub, covered seating and grill (plus a TV) were pretty much all we needed since it was a beautiful weather when we were there. It was also fun to have an huge yard to play various games and access to the river at the far end of the property. We didn’t even spend much time inside but there was some nice amenities there, as well including ping pong table, sauna, plenty of TVs, etc. David was very responsive when we had one fluke issue with the microwave but it was fixed within the hour. We really appreciated that. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group and especially one that wants to spend a lot of time outside because of all the fun outdoor space it provides.
