Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment listed it had wifi - this was not the case - another issue that was not fixed. Save yourself some money and book a hotel in Bergen, you will have a less stressful experience and friendlier stay!

Ligger helt centralt i Bergen og meget let tilgængeligt, for digitale brugere en helt igennem perfekt oplevelse med check in kommunikation mm, for ikke digitale måske lidt kompliceret Lejligheden var som beskrevet, der stod dog ikke at der ikke er dagslys, rengøring relativ overfladisk, gamle sure underbukser fra tidligere gæster i badeværelset Bagdøren var en positiv friskluftkanal indtil vi opdagere de 10.000 cigaret skod der stank, ret ulækkert for ikke rygere og faktisk lidt uacceptabelt, bortset fra det en meget fin lille studie lejlighed med et lidt funny møbel valg
