There is no human while check-in. Everything is automatic. There is no storage in the rooms. Though rooms are decent size.

Decent stay for a quick Bergen trip

The hotel itself was decent - a lot of focus on automated check in and check out. It was a bummer that early check-in would have been an additional 500NOK but I understand many hotels charge a fee for this. Luggage storage was interesting - note that you will just get a key to a common luggage storage room where anyone who has stored luggage will have access. We didn't have any issues but I could understand this concerning somw people. The room itself was very clean and I liked that it was more of a gym mat floor instead of carpet. Not really any space to store things for two people, so we did end up putting most of our stuff on the floor. The bathroom was excellent - very clean and had a great shower. I would not recommend the breakfast - very limited (just some sliced bread and sandwich components). Still, the hotel was very conveniently located close to the Bybanen and we had no trouble getting around.

the day we stayed in this hotel was very hot. there is no ac, so we ask if the window can be opened. Unfortunately the window cannot be opened in our room due to some security issue. We asked if can get a fan and was told they will keep the only fan to their worker because they do not want to be impolite to their coworker. So we do not have fan either. what a ridiculous answer!!!!! we are their customer. the room was very hot, no AC, no window can be open. no choice to change room. wow, what a great customer service!!!!! will not come back again and definitely bad review.
