The hotel was clean and modern. Very close to the airport. No shuttle and had to drag our luggage on the slush. The staff was rude and pretentious. Every questions was addressed with an attitude. The receptionist who checked us in made us feel unwelcome. I have stayed in multiple Scandic throughout Norway, and Sweden. I have in the past been treated very respectfully. Not the case in this hotel.

Only spent one night, but will be returning for 2 nights when i get back off cruise. So far, of all my motel / hotel stays , this place was phenominal. Looking forward to my next stay at Scandic Flesland Airport. Everthing was great.. but gotta say. The best food variety I've ever experienced, was not able to sample everything,, hopefully second stay in acouple weeks, I'll be able to

I was very disappointed that the hotel did not have a sauna. The hotel photo on Expedia was of a sauna and that’s why I booked this hotel. The staff told me that there is no sauna there. This made me very sad after a long travel day

One of the best ‘Airport Hotels’ I’ve stayed at from the point of view of being around 5 minutes walk to the terminal building (ideal with a 6:10am flight) and the general rooms and staff. We also enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant the night before. Ideal if your visiting Bergen and have an early flight to catch.
