The first room we received was unacceptable due to a severe marijuana smell, including in the hall. The second room we received were freezing cold (approx 10C). After two visits to desk we received a heater which when turned on blew a socket and we lost all power. Upon a third visit to the reception I received a key to third room. Didnt work in elevator. Upon a fourth visit I received a new key which worked in elevator but not in room door. Upon a fifth visit to the reception I received a master key which let me inspect the third room which held a comfortable temperatur. This room we accepted. WHen we then moved to the third room (which is in a separate building from the two frist rooms), we found a wide, brown 15 cm trace of feces along the front of the toilet. As we had now spent 1.5 hours to get a comfortable room I cleaned myself and went to bed. The staff was perfectly pleasant and accommodating but I am very disappointed in the quality of the rooms and hotel, and the cleaning. We were offered glass of wine as an apology but as I don't drink alcohol this was not of interest. I'm more or less shocked that this can be the standard of a Scandic hotel, a chain I've used many times in connection to both leisure and business

Friendly check in. Nice and clean room with bathtub across the street, and the main cinema in the same building (entry next to the hotel entrance, but totally undisturbed). Nice breakfast buffet, slightly cheaper if ordered the night before. Spacious restaurant. Short walking distance from the city square.

Room was very good, very clean, staff helpful. Good location and we were able to check in early and leave our bags at the hotel until we transferred to our cruise in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good and relaxed.

The room was not on the main building whichbwe had stayed in two weeks before. The room 312B was tired looking and the building was also tired looking. Having said that the room was very clean and only £63 for a city centre location on a weekday.
