10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Really nice location. Nice and spacious for the five of us. Decent amenities there for washing, drying and cooking. Communication was quick and straight forward, clear instructions on how to gain access to apartments and other areas of the property. It was nearby to the centre and walkable to places we needed. There was even space for luggage to pick up later in the day before our flight. It is on a hill, so if accessibility is a challenge to reach by walking and carrying then that’s something to consider. But wasn’t really an issue for us.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pros: -great water pressure in kitchen sink and shower -toilet paper and paper towels provided -great fridge/freezer -bath sink soap, washing up liquid -washer and dryer plus detergent pods -well supplied kitchen -ironing board Cons: -contact from an unknown email … no mention of dates, location/address or city -very noisy -unknown men came to the door late at night (How did they get into the building?) -TV a challenge to get tuned to actual TV programs -shower has mold near floor -no shower soap -had to make our own beds (They should make them to hide the pillows and mattress covers from us!) -the smaller bedroom is quite small with nowhere to really put things because the wardrobe does not really open. -no microwave -wanted to know arrival and departure info, yet did not send check-in info until 1 hour before check-in -no bath mat -bathroom window did not close Outside the town center. I would not recommend.
