Room was small despite it was a delux premium room. The best thing was it's tiny balcony which offer a Fantastic View of tbe Brygen Harbour wooden houses. Other than that i cannot find any credits i can give to the room. There was no phone you can coonnect to the front desk for assistance n morning call, no USB connectors for easy charging of your mobiles. Only a small desk cramped With a tray of cups, glasses, n the kettle. A large wardrobe was inconveniently placed so that , if opened, would block your mobility in the room. Lighting was insufficient. We have to struggle to find an appropriate place to put our luggages n open them to sort out our things but at the same time still being able to get around inside the room without knocking against each other. The rigid 'half' shower curtain n The slipperry tub didn't make things better. House keeping staffs Took away our PRIVATE towel, and didn't even replace with the sufficient number of clean towels everyday. However, frontdesk staffs were friendly n helpful with direction asking about scenic spots n traffic. Except for the convenience n the view from the room, i would think TWICE before coming to this hotel if i am going back for a revisit in Bergen. I think tbe hotel need an upgrade in her rooms n kouse-kerlibg staffs' quality, if she is going to stay in business n to compete with other hotels in Bergen. Dining area is nice, though not opulent. Breakfast n Supper, quality n variety sufficient n good if not superb.

The hotel is in a great location on the waterfront, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Great variety at breakfast and the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it.

We booked a superior double room. It was not worth the money. The furniture was worn and looked well used and in a style that did not suit the room or the hotel. The minibar did not work. All drinks were boiling hot. The bathroom did not smell particularly good. The staff is very service-minded, friendly and nice. The hotel is located in a nice area. We had a view of the pier, which was very nice.

A nice hotel whose best attribute is location. Very close to all center of town attractions. Breakfast is varied and good. My room was spacious bit no view. I would stay there again but with a view hopefully..

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I didn't have a reservation for dinner and they were fully booked however I was given a beautiful table for just myself in a closed off location. I was treated like royalty. The breakfast buffet was one of the top 5 in my travels. I had enjoyed everything. My bed was very comfortable.

It was a very good stay for the final 2 days we had in Norway. So close to shopping,dining and staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is they do not have much of a dinner menu so never ate here. Great Indian restaurant nearby.

Closed to everything, great breakfast, great service, no AC so we had to open the windows for the room to be cool. The bar is closed on Sundays. Would recommend.
