LOCATION! This brand new home is conveniently located 5 blocks (a 10 minute walk) from Bentonville's downtown square! Built in the craftsman style, it has 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 king beds and 1 queen sized bed and 3 bathrooms. Outside, you can enjoy coffee on the screened in porch or grill out on the outdoor deck - all in a private backyard.

The space
The Bungalo, located in the heart of downtown Bentonville, is brand new with a nod to heritage American architecture. A lovely mix of old and new -- kind of like our town!

You will love not only the convenience but the spacious living area, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds and 1 queen sized bed. There is an optional studio apartment above the garage that you can rent also. The home is built with tall ceilings and a welcoming living area to relax around the fireplace. The kitchen and dining area will accomodate 10 people with a large pantry room and laundry room. 3 of the bedrooms are downstairs on the first level and the 4th bedroom is upstairs. The master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom have a private bath. The additional two bedrooms downstairs share a large bathroom. Upstairs is a large game/rec room with a 75" HD TV. There is also a 55" HD TV in living area.

Guest access
You have full access to the entire home and garage area. You will enter the back door from the garage area. Home is secured at back door with an electronic lock. An unlock code is provided before arrival.

Other things to note
There are two outside living spaces. One is a screened-in porch with seating and a small table. The other outside space is an open deck with dining table, six chairs, sun umbrella and a Weber gas grill.

The pictures don't even do this home justice! It's absolutely beautiful. They were very accommodating to an early check in and late check out which is so appreciative with a group of 8 people. Would definitely recommend this house- it's in a completely walkable beautiful neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do over the weekend. Thank you!!

Bentonville Bike

Comfortable place and beds. Has a wonderful screened in porch and nice deck and grill. It was a very rainy week for us though so having the garage was great to store our bikes. Great location close to the square also!
