We had a queen and twin loft room, the hand rail was kinda awkward to reach and get up with just having one up on the wall. Maybe one in the opposite side could have made it easier to get up.

Loved the Motto! The sparking water fountain in the lobby was worth the whole stay to me. Cool vibes, clean, comfortable and close to everything Bentonville. Loved the bike storage and ability to store our luggage a little longer after check out.

Motto grotto

Very clean rooms but very small. Cramped is a word I'd choose. I get the concept but the rooms are too small for my liking. The bed was pretty comfortable, loved the lit headboard. I wasn't fond of the only sink in the room being in the kitchen/bedroom. Clean, and new are nice, but too small. I really appreciated the bicycle valet, that was huge. Made staying there doable. I would probably stay there again because of location.

Hilton wants is all to freeze

It was fine. Nice hotel and service. The rooms are small and comfortable enough. Bed could be a little more comfortable but OK. My big issue is with the air conditioning. The aircon is set at 65 in the rooms which is far too cold. It’s also rather loud yet any attempt to increase the temperature or simply switch the aircon off is overridden after a certain amount of time (an hour maybe) and the settings out back to 65. It just means that as much as I wanted to enjoy the room, I couldn’t. Not everyone likes being freezing cold in their room but apparently Hilton thinks they do
