✹ The owners of this listing still have access to the garage apartment on site. We travel a lot, but will often stay out of the converted garage apartment when we are in town.
✹ Just a quick note: if you see a red Toyota RAV4 parked in front, please don’t block it — it belongs to the owner who stays in the garage.
✹ Pets are welcome, we allow pets at the property and there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit.


✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire home. Long-term stays are allowed.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the driveway. Extra street parking spaces are available nearby.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in every bedroom.
✹ Bike storage is securely provided in the laundry area downstairs. We`re also planning to install more bike racks soon on the covered front porch!

-This reservation is a revocable license (not a lease). Serious violations may end your stay immediately.

-Unauthorized party/event/DJ: $1,250 + $100 per unregistered guest (cap $2,500)
-Excessive noise: $250 first incident, $400 after (or $200/hr if sustained)
-Extra guests not on booking: $100 per guest/night (min $200)
-Smoking inside: $400 + remediation
-Unauthorized pet: $300 + cleaning

Make sure the property is repaired.

The house had water damage and should not be rented out until fully repaired. The front door lock fell off in our hands on Day 1. There were no screens on the windows to ventilate. Overall, we made it work but the property was not well cared for.

We travel every year together. This was one of our best houses. It was lovely and very comfortable. We were surprised at how large it was. It was close enough to walk to the Bentonville Square. The host went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay here again.
