The open layout includes a cozy sleeping area with a TV and direct access to a patio overlooking a wooded ravine and small waterfall—perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails. The waterfall can also be seen through the narrow window from inside, adding to the peaceful setting.



The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals, and the all-in-one washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a well-lit vanity.



With clean, modern finishes and new construction throughout, the space feels both elevated and inviting. Located just minutes from downtown Bentonville with direct ride-in/ride-out trail access, it’s an ideal home base for both outdoor adventure and exploring the area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the ADU. Parking is available on-site directly in front of the cabin. You will be sent your door code and check-in instructions 48 hours before your reservation.
