Great Location

Pros - The duplex was clean and is conveniently located near Slaughter Pen and the Square. Airship coffee is a quick bike ride or walk. Check in and out was easy. Cons - The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable and should not be consider a 3rd bedroom. There is an air mattress which worked fine. Lighting downstairs is really dim. An extra light is needed in the dining room. The kitchen could use extra cookware, mixing bowl and serving utensils and more linens would be nice to accommodate 4-5 people. Overall, it was a great value and with a little more focus on basic amenities it would be a wonderful vacation rental. Maria was very helpful and communicated quickly.
