Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day. And the breakfast was nice too! Overall very happy with my stay.

Amazing that's what comes to my mind! The Quality Inn & Hotel room the we stayed in was spacious, clean and welcoming with a large private full bathroom. From check-in (with Robin), during stay and while checking out (with Jon, the manager and with I believe her name was Diane) the staff was very friendly, welcomed and proactively engaged in our exchange of conversation and made our stay truly appreciated. Having traveled from Florida, we have stayed at various hotels in the southwest Michigan area and because of our recent stay at this hotel, we have concluded that the Niles Quality Inn & Suites (in Niles, Michigan) will be our go to place for hotel accommodation whenever we are in their area. Great Job Staff, "we truly appreciated all you do for us travelers."

We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.

We have stayed here many times, we have family in the town. I do not think we’ll ever stay here again. I was very concerned about the safety of this place. There are a lot of unusual people hanging around in the parking lot and side of the hotel. I felt very unsafe walking the dogs, I ended up taking my husband with me as an extra layer of protection. I was very unhappy with the surrounding area of where the hotel was, Niles has really gone downhill.
