The main house comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms. The upstairs master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom, while another queen bedroom includes its own ensuite. The final lower-level bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite as well. Guests can gather in the spacious living room with panoramic river views, enjoy movie nights in the home theater powered by an Amazon Fire TV Stick, or set the tone with music throughout the main level using the Sonos sound system.

Just steps from the water, the boat house is packed with entertainment and charm. It features two TVs near the fireplace mantle, a shuffleboard table, a pop-a-shot basketball game, and a pinball machine — the perfect hangout spot after a day on the river or exploring the grounds.

Tucked among the trees, the large finished treehouse offers a unique and elevated outdoor seating area for relaxing, reading, or enjoying drinks and conversation in a peaceful setting.
