We enjoyed our stay. They were actively updating the hotel during our stay and could tell they just put in new carpet. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping came everyday. The pool was nice but they never had towels stocked so you had to ask the front desk or bring your own. The staff were very friendly. The fire alarm started going off on our last night and the fire department had to come and we’re unsure what happened but the hotel was cleared and we could go back in shortly after.

The roof didn’t leak as I was on the first floor and I think I didn’t get bedbugs but we’re not 100% sure. Those are the ONLY positives I can say about the property and have pictures to document this nightmare

Room not cleaned, all over the hotel need proper cleaning renovation. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working, not enough towels provided for 4 persons. No working desk in the room. Overall, I will not stay this hotel in the future. I would request other travelers to read others reviews before you book the hotel, which I did the mistake.

Good location off I94. Decent breakfast and clean linens. Pet friendly. Front lobby could use a refresh and my bathroom could use a paint touch up. Still recommending due to being 80% good. Will be interesting to see if they improve by the time of our next visit. (Did they just take over management? Seems like it)
