Lower part of the hotel looks like a storage unit. We should have gotten pictures of that as well. Our first room had no hot water. After moving to our second room, the bathroom mirror was dirty and there were stains all over the carpet. We are not sure what the stains were. We are hoping that they reimburse us without trouble. They would not give us a receipt but told us we would get our money back in 3-5 days.

Although we loved the size of the room, we did feel like the entire room could have been cleaned better. Crumbs under the table, bathroom floor was black when I wiped up some water, toilet seat was up when we entered room (that I thought was odd), no blow dryer available, "smart" mirror didn't work. Overall, updating was needed in not only room, but hotel in general. The furniture in the room was in good condition! Loved the convenience of the hotel location!

Not so great 2 stars at best. Horrible service

Will begin with the check-in process was very slow. The front desk ladies English was very broken, which makes it very difficult to communicate. Second is there is a fight on the seventh floor with a couple and pretty much woke up everybody on the second floor and kept us awake for several hours. Called the front desk. Nothing was done obviously because there was no security. You would’ve thought they would’ve called 911 but that didn’t happen either then it sleep well. Went down in the morning to talk to the receptionist to get a credit on my room and they were nowhere to be found. I just walked out and was over it because I had to get on with my day. The breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches and old muffins wrapped up in sandwich bags like they went and bought in bulk. Just not a typical continental breakfast at most hotels that provide free breakfast definitely subpar room was OK. The floor was filthy bathroom doable. TV reception and quality absolutely horrible just overall I would give this a two star hotel at Best. I would’ve preferred to pay more money, but it was the hotel that was nearby. If you’re wanting a super cheap stay and you really don’t care about customer service and quality and you’re on a budget below $100 than this will work if you just need to lay your head.
