Staff was helpful, promptly brought fresh things for the pull out couch which had unfortunately missed its last cleaning. Fresh towels and toilet paper were dropped off and garbage removed as needed during our stay. Breakfast was simple and more than most places offer these days (various daily opinions like bagels & cereal then rotating hot options like bacon, sausage, omelettes and egg patties). Despite the one snafu with the pull out bed, the rest of the room was clean and we'd stay there again.

To set up my frustration, they have a 99% vacancy rate.  When i checked in they keyd me a room that occupied actively. How when there are so many vacant? The toliet was on extreme water savor mode. The rooms have no sound insulation and the only other occupant and the room i initally walked into with the wrong key was right next door after I got a new key.  The room had a smell of...maybe formaldehyde.  The shades would stay closed easily.  The hot water int he shower was warm at best.  Think converted motel.  Couldnt sleep due to noise i though was consrtuction over me all night, but there was no one upstiars, it was my neighbor.

No heat.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean but there was no heat and and I had trouble sleeping because it was so cold. Other guests were taking about it at breakfast so it's no just me.I complained but still no heat. I asked for a blanket which smelled. My coffee pot was broken. I asked for a new one but didn't get it so I had to go to the front desk where they gave me one in a box that I had to set up myself. At over $200 a night, I expect heat.
