I will be placing a phone call to you. The first room we were assigned to smelled like a moldy musty tent so we moved to another room where the TV didn’t work we went out and about came home. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Woke up in the middle of the night, sweating profusely because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The toilet seat on the second room was almost falling off. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the first room. Worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel. Please call at 301-305-9193. I will be calling you if you don’t call me. Very very disappointed

Very very dated on the outside. Older, original Motel type. Room was clean..bathroom remodeled. However, some items were broken. Bed was fabulous. Good for an overnight stay if you are traveling through like we did. Limited choices in town, so it worked. Great price also. Much cheaper than everything near freeway.

The room was OK, mostly clean, but not exceptional (found a pubic hair in the bed). The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially the 2nd day when they didn't serve sausage or boiled eggs, just yogurt, toast, fruit, cereal, & waffles.

Was a relief to be a nice clean place after booking at loyalty inn in Rockingham with roaches everywhere 3 hours of being in motel wasnt about to stay there. Will book again next year

Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff, they were very welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The location of the property was also quite good, with easy access to the surrounding area and convenient for getting around. That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The overall cleanliness did not meet my expectations and the property itself feels a bit worn down and in need of updating. With some attention to upkeep and better housekeeping, this hotel has the potential to be much better. Even with those issues, the great staff and good location made the stay pleasant, and I would consider staying again.
