Modern Villa Grigia with pool

Villa Grigia is a modernly designed villa surrounded by beautiful, unspoiled nature, offering guests a peaceful holiday and maximum privacy. It is located in the village of Radošinovci, near the Vrana Nature Park.



The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each has its own private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor and share a third bathroom. Each bedroom on the first floor also has its own private balcony.



The fenced garden features a 32 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a barbecue area, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy.



The covered outdoor terrace is connected to the open-plan living area, which includes a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.



Air conditioning can be individually controlled in each room, and the villa also offers private parking, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
