On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a private swimming pool equipped with a heating option and a counter-current swimming system, ideal for refreshment and recreation. Around the pool are eight comfortable sun loungers, as well as a large dining table for 14 people - the perfect place for al fresco dining.

For barbecue lovers, there is an outdoor wood/charcoal barbecue, while in a separate part of the exterior there is a wellness area with a jacuzzi, infrared and Finnish saunas - all for a complete relaxation experience. The youngest will enjoy their own outdoor playground with swings and a slide, while for additional entertainment for adults there are billiards, table tennis, darts and PlayStation.
