DISTRIBUTION: The villa is distributed on a single floor where we find three bedrooms, the first with a double bed, followed by two bedrooms with single beds. On this floor we have two bathrooms; the first is en-suite with a shower and the second with a bathtub. The villa has a nice and bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas and a large television, this living room opens onto a beautiful covered and furnished terrace with views over the pool.



EXTERIOR: The villa has a closed plot and has a space to park our vehicle inside the plot. Right in front of the covered terrace is the terrace with the beautiful pool and several sun loungers, surrounded by a well-kept garden with gravel and various trees that provide freshness during the hot summer days. There are several resting areas, notably an area with a large pergola that shades a table with chairs, the perfect place to eat and have breakfast in the shade.



LOCATION: This beautiful villa is located in a quiet and little busy urbanization of Benitachell, just 15 minutes from the famous town of Moraira with all its services and its splendid beach of fine sand. We are located near the beautiful natural park of La Granadella with a mountain with large cliffs and wonderful coves with crystal clear waters.
