SPECTACULAR VILLA, MODERN AND WITH AN UNBEATABLE VIEW LOCATED IN BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 8 guests.
LAYOUT: Villa BAOBAB is distributed over two floors. The main entrance leads us into a large open space formed by the dining room, living room and open kitchen. From this part of the villa we begin to appreciate the beauty of the views through the large windows located throughout the property. To our right is the open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay. Just in front of the entrance is the dining area with a table and chairs for all guests. To our left is the living room with a four-seater sofa and two additional armchairs as well as a coffee table with TV. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms with double beds located on this floor, with a bathroom with a shower available. There is also a toilet located on this floor. To access the ground floor, we must go down the external staircase located to the right of the upper terrace. We enter directly into an open space formed by the living room and the open kitchen. We access a bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds, There is also a full bathroom in each of the bedrooms with shower and toilet.
EXTERIOR: Villa BAOBAB has a large parking space for two vehicles. We can access the main terrace from the living room where there is an outdoor dining table with capacity for all guests. There is also a chill out area where we can disconnect from the routine and have a cocktail with our family or friends. The swimming pool is located on this terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers and glass panels that allow us to enjoy the villas of the villa. The lower terrace consists of a dining table under a porch overlooking the sea and the villa's outskirts. Several armchairs are located at the back of the villa which will give us a little more privacy during our stay.
SITUATION: Villa BAOBAB is located at the top of Cumbre del Sol, in Benitachell, a quiet residential area and only a few minutes away from all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities in the area. The towns of Moraira and Jávea are within easy reach of the villa.
