Apartment was very dated and access was not the best as checking was from 3pm but reception did not open till 4. Access to the property was not very clear. However the apartment was fully equipped and clean.

At the top of the hill

Although we booked the last minute the check in system is a not so magical mystery tour with no clear instructions. Having said that once we managed to contact the receptionist he was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. If you do not know Benidorm the location is a long climb up from the beach and certainly not for the faint hearted.

Poor service and in need of attention

Really poor experience. Said reception was open till 10pm to check in, we messaged 6 times over 2 week before checking in to confirm this as it stated different times online and in our message. Anyway, €80 taxi to get there for 9pm instead of 10pm and reception was shut. Pool was shut and the entrance via the street so had to walk up 2 very steep hills to just get to the apartments. Checked in and sofa bed still had old bedding on it, old food left in the microwave and generally poor cleanliness. Went to reception in the morning only to be told i should have an email confirmation that i need to email them. I didn't have one but they had my booking and it was a massive issue i couldnt email them something i didnt have! The apartment was worn and need attention but actually wasnt horrendous. Shower curtain was hanging on for dearlife and disgusting but it was spacious, views amazing balacony is wrap around and the kitchen was sufficient.

This property was ideal for location, views and quality. We were all really taken back by how fantastic it was. And the check in was quick and easy and the guy (sorry forgot his name) was so friendly. will definitely recommend to everyone we know and we will be back Thank you

great views.

the apartment we had was on the 18th floor. The lifts work well on are stay. when getting the arriving we did not get taken to the hotel / apartments your dropped off at burger king. we had to walk up the hill and then up 99 steps which are very steep and be careful when in the dark as the lighting is very poor and not very good when coming back from a night out. please ask the taxi driver to take you all the way round to the main entrance as they will only stop at the side with the 99 steps as yes we counted them, also the maintenance was caught in are kitchen one morning at 0530 hours uninvited looking around we had been asleep from a night out but one of the lads had woken to fined him and was kindly asked to leave .

Mooi uitzicht apartementen

Mooi niet oud apartemenetencomplex met zwembad. Met vriendelijk personeel. Mooi uitzicht dat nergens zo mooi is in Benidorm. Alles was netjes onderhouden en de nodige spullen waren in de keuken aanwezig. Kortom een aanrader voor mensen die goed te been zijn, want de ingang kan enkel bereikt worden door een stevige klim of trappen lopen. Dus niet zo geschikt voor ouderen en valide mensen.
