Summary:
In Benidorm you will find the Sunset Cliffs towers, next to the famous Poniente beach. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A garage space is included.

The Space:
The spacious living room with large seating area and open kitchen offers immediate views of all the beauty Benidorm has to offer. From the spacious terrace you have even better views of the swimming pools, the Poniente beach and many more highlights. In the living room, you will find spacious seating areas as well as a SmartTV.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed with a TV, wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. From this bedroom you have direct access to the spacious terrace.

The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The third and last bedroom is also referred to as an office, equipped with a desk and chair. There is a sofa bed here instead of a bed. This makes the apartment suitable for 4 to 5 persons or 4 persons and 2 children.

The entire flat is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and be comfortable at home: an oven, microwave, Nespresso Krups machine, kettle, hand blender, induction hob and dishwasher.
