The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. This unit is also pet friendly with an additional fee. Also enjoy our indoor heated pool and hot tub, open daily!



The Space:

Welcome to "Deschutes and Scores," a corner unit condominium that sleeps four with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Because of its location, the owners have recently installed additional windows on the south wall, opening up the room and improving that incredible view. Book this unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River.



This condo can sleep up to 4 guests. The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. Dishes and cookware are included. Aside from that, you'll find a separate bedroom with another bathroom. 



This is Unit 307/308 at the Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums which is located right on the edge of downtown Bend between Pioneer Park and the Deschutes river. You can take the river trail up to visit numerous downtown shops, pubs, restaurants and more. Guests of this condo also enjoy access to our onsite swimming pool and hot tub which are open daily!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

This is a staffed property. We work out of an office at the entrance to the property. If you don't need us, you won't even see us. But we're here in case you need anything from us.

When I arrived I found old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker and the glass carafe was coffee stained. There were dirty utensils in the drawers and the drawers themselves were dirty, they had some hair and small crumbs and crust in them. The toaster looked like it had never been cleaned. The trash can is the type that is out next to the counter, it too was very dirty and could have used a wipe down.The area rug had small white hairs, likely from a dog that stayed. The vacuum needed to be emptied, it was overfilled with hair. Some of the walls and the inside of the front door needed to be wiped down, they had dirt stains and sticky stuff on them. Both bathroom showers had hair on the floor and some on the wall. I just couldn't image staying in someone else's filth. When I contact the team we eventually talked about it after I sent them pictures of everything. We had a late check-in on Friday, our events were on Saturday and we were to check-out on Sunday. The rep offered to send a cleaning crew Saturday but I told her that is the ONE day were had plans, the entire reason why I booked the unit, we did not have time to wait and watch someone clean nor was I comfortable leaving my stuff there while I was away for them to clean. Unfortunately the rep would not listen and just kept offering to send someone and then kept telling me I can trust them to clean with leaving my belongings. I tried to explain the unit should have been clean before our arrival.

Beautiful river view

Place was clean and quiet. Very roomy, tons of space. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river. Paved bike/walking path just outside the door that went to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a great location with easy river walk to downtown. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had the right amenities. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed. I would suggest replacing it.

Not worth the money

This place is horrible. The condo is very old and cheap. The beds were so bad I had to buy an air mattress. Staff were insensitive and not helpful. The place was very dirty with no cleaning supplies so I had to go buy my own. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

PROS: I loved having the two bathrooms. Layout seemed a little weird at first but otherwise good. Check-in and access was easy. Nice location. Pool and hot tub were further away than it appeared but was really quite nice and we had it all to ourselves. River view was fantastic. Pillows were good and heat/ac worked well. Best part for me: unscented bedding! I didn't have to spend the weekend with a migraine from scented laundry detergent or nasty plug-ins.CONS: That bed...UGH!! 20 year old spring mattress and box springs. Squeaked and groaned to high heaven! Big dip into the middle had me falling over all night. (For what you charge you can afford a new bed!!!) Went to the chiropractor 2 days before my trip, now I need to go back! TVs are VERY small and reception was fuzzy. (In this day and age...you can do better!) In general, the place was relatively comfortable but had a "worn" feel to it. Couch was worn and had tears. Balcony furniture was very worn. Lots of marks and dings on the walls, etc... Definitely could use a refresh...not quite as nice as pictures show. Could really use an armchair. Needs extra blankets... they were very thin. Noise from above was much louder than expected from creaking ceiling (no issue with other tennants themselves, though). Outside lights made the bedroom too light at night...I suggest bringing some duct tape! I also stuffed some toilet paper in the bedroom door peep hole (seriously?!?...cover that thing up!).

Riverfront Condo

As advertised, this condo has great riverfront views and easy walking access to downtown Bend. But there is considerable, distracting noise from the unit above it, likely because of the age of the building. Provided you are not spending a lot of time indoors, the noise (mostly heavy walking), should not be a huge concern.
