Fun brand and merch! Delightful staff. We appreciated the fire pits and food trucks. However, the property needs major maintenance. Cement walkways in front of second floor rooms had broken apart and were unstable in places. Walls were thin and we could hear water dripping inside them well after the showers stopped. The floor shook when we walked on it. Too bad that most of the upgrades appear to be cosmetic rather than structural. We liked the vibe otherwise.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They handled an unexpected circumstance without hesitation and made sure I was well taken care of. The property is absolutely charming; warm-colored string lights in all the trees, a huge fire pit in the main parking lot, food/coffee trucks on property, and community seating areas that encourage friendly gatherings. I highly recommend experiencing the Campfire Hotel!

Drawbacks were being placed in the annex one block over, not being allowed to park our second car on motel property even though there was space available , the homeless tents adjoining the property and being charged an "amenities " fee after our stay. That fee was rescinded on our request as it was not disclosed ahead of time and we did not use the "amenities", ie, pool, firepit and hot tub on the main property. Plumbing was also extremely noisy, screaming when used by our room or neighboring rooms. The desk clerk were efficient but not exactly pleasant. Cute hotel but would not stay again.

The campfire hotel is a large facility with a set of rooms across the road. There are lights in the trees. There’s a large gas fire pit going most of the time. It shuts off at night. They have a little bar and nice reception area. It has been here for a while, but the upkeep is very good. The pool is still open and 85° and there’s a hot tub. The rooms are tastefully made up and clean. Parking is a little bit of a challenge at times but overall this place is really nice!

The front desk receptionist at check-in came across as cold and dismissive, particularly toward older guests. Her communication lacked warmth and hospitality, and she declined our request to change rooms without offering alternatives. The interaction felt purely transactional, missing the kind of care and attentiveness that can truly transform a guest experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this fantastic establishment! The woman at the front desk was exceptionally kind, understanding, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was stunning and the large firepit was a great touch! Despite being located on a busy street, the outside area was lovely, with beautiful lights and trees. I wholeheartedly endorse this place!

The staff were incredibly friendly (but not in an overly sugary over the top way - they were normal humans who seemed to enjoy their job. The fire pit was a terrific treat and the ambiance was just wonderful. I can't wait to return.
