A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this 1,755 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 4 guests with its 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and full ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a king bed.

Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a separate dining area and an open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with both a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.

Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
