My experience at the Hilton Hotel in Bend was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of Bend’s beautiful surroundings made the experience even more memorable. The hotel’s facilities were top-tier—from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing common areas. Every part of the hotel felt clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Great place to stay

I would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy, and they accommodated our request for a late checkout. We had a little kitchenette in our room. We didn't use much of it, but greatly appreciated having a full size refrigerator/freezer to keep things from our cooler preserved overnight. The location was very convenient. The bed was the best of our seven-day driving trip, and the bathroom had kleenex! (which seems to be a "luxury" nowadays in most hotels.)

When I arrived, the staff were unable to check guests in because their "system wasn't processing credit cards." I explained that I already paid through hotels.com but they weren't able to get me my room. I only had 45 minutes between events at the conference i was attending, so it was really disappointing as i had been up traveling since 4 am. There were half a dozen guests who were also waiting. The staff were friendly and kind, but they were obviously overwhelmed by such an issue. Then once they were able to check me in, I rushed up to my room, now late for the dinner and upon opening the door, the room was full of construction materials and not in any condition to check in to. So then I had to go back to the desk, explain the situation and get a new room. Only to rush back out the door to drive across town for a dinner I was already late to. Not a great experience.
