Summary:
Steps from the Old Mill District and Deschutes River trails, this chic modern Bend home is your perfect base camp whatever the season. Three private patios, a cozy fireplace, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and brewpubs make it as relaxing as it is adventure-ready. Ideal for families and small groups of up to 6.
The Space:
The open interior is a welcome contrast to the rugged Bend outdoors. Sink into plush leather sofa seating while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or let the fireplace set the mood for a cozy night in. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and dark cabinetry stocked with everything you need. Gather everyone at the dining table for six, or keep it casual at the counter with stool seating for four.
Three private patios give you serious outdoor living options: relax at the covered café patio off the dining area, fire up the propane grill from the kitchen-side grill area, or spread out in the large fenced courtyard with a full table and chairs.
The home sleeps 6 across two private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed with a full-size trundle, great for families or flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, a private patio, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. A full guest bathroom with shower/tub combo serves the rest of the home. An air mattress and toddler mattress are also available.
Additional comforts include a full washer/dryer, dedicated room cooling in the living room and master bedroom, smart TV with streaming, WiFi, ceiling fans, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and curb/driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
Guest Access:
The home is self-check-in. Curb and driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months.
The Neighborhood:
You're steps from the Old Mill District, one of Bend's most walkable areas, with shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and the Les Schwab Amphitheater all within easy walking or biking distance. The Deschutes River trails are nearby for a morning run or scenic stroll. A short bike ride takes you to several brewpubs and wine rooms along the Bend Ale Trail, and Widgi Creek Golf Course is close for summer rounds.
Getting Around:
A 2-minute drive reaches Highway 97, north to Smith Rock, south to Sunriver. Mt. Bachelor is accessible via Reed Market to S Century Dr, or drive a mile and a half to catch the ski shuttle.
