This spacious 4-bedroom home features an open layout main level with plush carpeting, abundant seating, and floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The living room opens to a spacious dining area with seating for 8. The updated kitchen features hardwood floors, an island with seating for 4 more, plus beautifully crafted countertops, perfect for the chef in your group. Modern appliances and all the cooking utensils you will need to whip up a gourmet meal are included.

The main level ensuite bedroom has a King bed and attached private bath with large walk-in shower and access to the back deck.

Upstairs you will find a second ensuite bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has two twin beds, a queen bed, sofa, and TV. Bedroom four has a queen bed and tv. The upstairs guest bath has dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

Gorgeous glass doors open from the dining room to the outside deck where you will find a private hot tub and BBQ for guest enjoyment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The rooms were big and beds were comfortable, plenty of cookware to use to make meals. Great location and nice outdoor space. We enjoyed the hot tub!Lots of bikes to use and even a few helmets. We didn't end up using the shark passes but there were plenty of them and that was a nice addition. It took a little bit to figure the tv out because there were so many remotes and no instructions. Obviously minor, but instructions could be useful. Also, the fireplace wires seem a little like they might need attention in regards to a possible repair (they seemed loose when turning on).

We had a great time and the staff at Bennington properties was great to work with. The house was perfect for our family…even our four legged furry member loved it! It was a quiet location and a great spot to relax after our daily adventures in and around Sunriver.

Great Family Home

Home was very clean and well appointed for cooking/grilling, having private bedrooms rooms and bathrooms, and hanging out in main kitchen living room area with fire and TV. Our family of 4 with dog plus 2 grandmas was very comfortable. Very close to cottonwood market which was a nice bonus.just a few mins to the village. Property mgmt was incredibly responsive to text. Will likely come back. Thank you!

Good option for larger groups

Overall great place to stay for 12 people and easy to communicate with the property management. Had everything we needed and good location. Beds were a bit hard for us and parking a bit tight for 3 vehicles but otherwise would stay here again.

Great House!!

Wonderful large home with excellent layout. Was nice and clean and the property management was VERY prompt, responsive and helpful!! Only had one issue and it was taken care of immediately! The guest portal was nicely laid out and a great resource from booking, to check in and check out. Would stay here again!!
