My bed wasn't comfortable and it was making noise when I was turning. I liked the view and my stay was short so I didn't change room but I reported the bed. The staff at the front desk can hardly speak English so getting any help wasn't easy. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Restaurant was on the fifth floor beside the pool with a nice view. Great seltion of food, loved it.

Great location to base yourself when exploring the delta. Walk out the door and onto a boat to tour the area. Hotel is lovely and the staff very eager to accommodate all of our requests including arranging tours and transport.
