"We stayed one night with a very late check out for a fee. My family of 3 just wanted a relaxed break and hangout in the spa. We enjoyed the stay and the break and it’s what we came for. The hotel is beautiful, we booked the harbor view room. There was a bonfire and smores and we loved it! We got a day pass for the spa, the sauna, steam and salt room was a treat! We hangout at the adults only pool for hours, napped, read, listened to our music, unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The whole-day pass to the spa was worth it! We went in the morning and again in the afternoon. The pool needs some updating though, it needs a facelift. "

"A lovely hotel: very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, friendly staff. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Velvet Buffalo downstairs. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. "

"I called the hotel directly to see if I could book a pool party for my daughter's birthday. They said i needed to book two rooms for 6-9 kids to swim. Then when we all showed up they said only kids who are booked with a room can swim. I called them 3 different times to confirm over the course of the past two months!! Completely unacceptable!! Get your staff on the same page! Horrible! I have ZERO shame in admitting I still let all the kids swim. YOUR staff flat out lied to me on multiple occasions! I wasn't about to ruin my daughter's birthday because grown adults are incompetent!"
