Everything was great at the Hotel Leo.. parking, food, historical aspects, the library with the pool table, tabletop shuffleboard in social room, the movie theatre downstairs, accessibility for walking downtown. Jazz brunch on the weekends... we’ll be back

Location is good and the building is an historic treasure, but needs some fixing up. We arrived while they were undergoing some substantial water damage repair. Bar was closed, as was a large section of the hotel. Our room was very basic.

Nice hotel, convenient location. A fair amount of open air drug use and associated activities on the nearby sidewalk. It’s not the fault of the hotel and they have security. You will notice it while walking to meals.

Drunk people banging on your door at 12am trying to get in your room. Drunk people outside your window yelling until 3am. Guests above you with a barking dog. If you can sleep through noise then go for it. The AC fan wasn’t very loud to cover the noise unfortunately. There’s a bar by the lobby so maybe don’t stay on the weekends. Nice spot to be able to walk to events. If you can even find parking. Feels like a fight to the death for parking. Don’t come before the check in time at 4, seems like staff take some of the 10 guest parking spots. Rooms were very clean and basic. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was on the top floor at the bare minimum.
