Surprisingly pleasant overall. The room and common areas were very clean and well designed. Staff was professional, attentive and efficient at the front desk and restaurant. Rooms are large, quiet and updated. Pizza at hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious!

Very disappointing. I had to relay our beds myself. Requesting for extra towels was impossible, customer service was very poor to say the least. My kids were disappointed with the paid breakfast with not much variety. (We've experience much better in Bellingham) we made do with the gym and swim area.
