Stayed here many times over years. The place was starting to show its age but now it seems to be run like a third world country. People who checked in before me came back because they didn’t have have pillow cases. I got to my room and there were no glasses in bathroom for water and no cups by coffe machine. I called and the brought me glasses. Which meant no hot tea on a cold winter night. The next day I got half my stuff in the car and my plastic card keys no longer worked. I went to the main office and no one at the main desk (which is pretty common of late). I waited 30 minutes and the office slowly filled up with other people because everyone had been locked out. Finally a woman said I know where the housekeeping crew is— I Wii get them to let us in. She goes and it turns out the desk clerk is part of the housekeeping crew—a great way to save money in a really third rate motel.

Overall the place is fine. Budget friendly and clean. The shower was not hot, Luke warm at best. Hubby said breakfast and coffee were terrible. The place is very spread out and involves stairs for most rooms.

Room was extremely cold no matter what we did and when we went for breakfast next morning it was closed. I realized it was new years but when I asked where it was served I was given instructions but not informed of the closure.

room was adequate. The heater didnt work well. It took a couple of hours to go from 62-65. Staff said to be patient. We honestley don't think it was working. By morning it never reached above 65 and said "error". TOOO COLD! We got 2 extra blankets and climbed into bed to get warm. Breakfast had cold eggs!! At check out, I mentioned this and was given "hed nods". I double anything will be done.

Asked for a quiet room leading up do my stay. Was notified at checkin that room was on freeway side of hotel but assured room was quiet. Arrived in room to find that freeway noise was noticeable, as well as find a fridge emitting high pitch noise when not actively cooling. Returned to desk told no similar rooms available and if I wanted to “upgrade” for a $50 fee. Poor business practice if the requested change is due to their defective equipment, and if they have any interest at all in returning guests. New room was perfunctorily clean, however because there were very few easily accessible working outlets, when I went to plug in devices around the perimeter noticed that baseboard areas were pretty gross. Complimentary breakfast was very limited. Could tell it was set up to intentionally prevent guests from taking anything out. They didn’t even have the single serve cream cheese packets out, just two sad unpackaged sploots on a plate that guests had to share. Although was staying two nights, the next day my keycard was invalid and would I had to go back to the desk to have that renewed. Ending on a positive note: the bed was great (and that IS the most important thing at a hotel) and the window had an extra pulldown blackout shade which I haven’t had in other hotels in the area. It was also nice that the building itself had secure key card access.

Breakfast was poor quality and few healthy options but overall the experience wasn't too bad ASIDE from the fact that I was woken up by a crazy woman yelling at the top of her lungs like a crackhead at 7 in the morning on my mini vacation and when I called the front desk the lady refused to do absolutely anything about it. Will not be returning here

Ok. Not fabulous.

The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well except for early morning noise from the laundry room across the hall. The TV did not work well the first day and not at all the second day. They politely told us it would be fixed after we left. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night if you want a comfortable sleep. If my produce wasn’t frozen in the fridge, and we could have watched the game I told my partner we would be able to watch if he came with me, would have given it 4 stars.
