We were put in a smoking room to start. Then offered an "apartment". $40 more because they didn't have any other available rooms. The remote for the TV didn't work. We found a bag full of vomit, 2 beers and a bunch of tinfoil under the bed. The front desk took note and said someone probably broke into the room prior because it wasn't normally rented out.

Don't stay in the non-smoking room. Apparently this is the default for the cheap room from online. Upgrade if you stay here. There were roaches. Rest of hotel looks nice and staff was friendly.

Good enough for one night, shower and bathroom was nicely cleaned, linen was a little dated in the pillows are pretty old. Hallway carpets in area just stink like tons of deodorizer. They could use a good steam cleaner. But again for the price I paid good enough. Staff are really helpful and lovely

was a little disappointed in the free continental breakfast, only coffee, cold cereal & waffles. No donuts. I expected a little more for $150 per night. room was clean, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable, well used over the years. All in all it was ok.

I love the Sauna at this hotel! It gets extremely hot unlike saunas at other hotels. Customer service is also very good, the people working the desk are very nice and helpful. I always stay here anytime I come to Bellingham for work.

Place was good, stay there. But never through Expedia. They rip you off. So I stayed for two days, booked through Expedia at 158$ it was told to me $158 by two front desk clerks, so I make sure I have $160 in my account so I don't need the cask deposit. Well I check in and it's $183. I didn't mind paying the extra $20 but I'd like to have known before I had no other option at check in and now I need a security deposit because I didn't leave $190 in my bank account. Never will I use Expedia again. (The property was super cool about the deposit in my circumstance, and helped me out a lot and we're very helpful, I was leaving the country and couldn't wait a week for the $60 to go back on the card so she finangled it that she used it as part of the bill and gave me the cash back. Super amazing, she didn't have to but she was super helpful. I will remember that always. (Oh and she helped me make my waffle in the morning apparently I suck at waffle making)

It's an old inn that shows signs of regular upkeep. Some rooms allow smoking, so there's a faint lingering smell throughout. Breakfast is pretty minimal, though they do serve waffles made by the receptionists, which adds a quirky touch. The main draw is the pool, hot tub, and sauna—while small, they're very clean, which is definitely a plus.
