Located on the main floor of a historic downtown building, this spacious apartment combines exposed brick, industrial character and modern conveniences. With two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry and room to gather, it's a comfortable home base for a few nights or several weeks.

Enjoy full, private access to Suite 26, a self-contained main-floor apartment in our historic downtown Belleville building.



🔑 Easy Self Check-In

Arrive on your own schedule with convenient keypad entry. Your personalized access code will be provided before arrival.



🏠 Your Own Private Space

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including two bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry. No shared interior spaces.



🚗 Complimentary Parking

One on-site parking space is included with your stay.



🅿️ Additional Parking

Need space for another vehicle? Additional parking may be available for $15 per night, plus HST. Please arrange this in advance.



🌿 Covered Patio & Outdoor Access

The covered, gated patio area connects to both downtown and the parking lot. This outdoor area also serves as a walkway for other guests, who may occasionally pass through. Guests are asked to respect your privacy and avoid gathering near your suite doors.



🪜 A Note About Access

Suite 26 is located on the main floor, with a few steps leading to the entrance. Please keep this in mind when travelling with mobility limitations.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Belleville, but on a quiet section of the street with a church on one side and a hair salon on the other (also run by your host Sharon). Being in the centre of it all puts you close to just about everything you could want to do in the area, including visiting wineries, breweries, galleries and the local waterfront and beaches.



Getting Around:

Check out the welcome book and my website for more details on the surrounding area (so much good stuff nearby!) but just know that you are in the heart of it all and close to everything! We have free parking, are on a transit route and are within walking distance to the Riverfront trail and Downtown District shops, galleries and restaurants. We are close to the hospital, the industrial park, Zwicks park, the Wellness Centre, the YMCA, the Trenton Air Base and Museum. Prince Edward County is just across the bridge over the beautiful Bay of Quinte and is a hub for all kinds of other awesome things to do!

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Enjoy convenient self-check-in with your personalized keypad code, sent before arrival.



🐾 Travelling with Pets?

Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $75 pet fee plus HST applies per stay. Please include your pet when booking and be considerate of our property and neighbours.



👶 Travelling with Little Ones?

A Pack 'n Play is available to rent. Please request it in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.



🚶 Shared Outdoor Walkway

The covered patio area also serves as a walkway connecting the parking lot and downtown. Other guests may occasionally pass through but have been asked not to gather near your suite doors.



🔈Sounds of a Historic Building

Suite 26 is located on the main floor of a historic building, with another guest suite above. You may occasionally hear footsteps, conversations or other everyday sounds from upstairs and normal downtown activity.



🤫 Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbours and other guests, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
