For the most part, everything was great. The room was clean., quick check-in, staff was fine The only big disappointment was that the pool was closed, and there was no indication of that when I booked the room I’ve stayed here many times and do that because of the access to the pool. So that was a little disappointing.

The room was old and sheets were dirty. No breakfast included. Gym’s machines were all broken. Pool closed. The front desk let kids run up and down the hallways banging on peoples doors all night long . When you ask for a room change or a discount, the front desk says no. There were six cars in the parking lot so I know they were not full.

We booked there in advance for the pool. Pool was closed for routine maintenance. They didn’t notify us so we had three very disappointed kids. No remedy or discount offered. Then we had ants in our purchase from the vending machine
