Room was clean and relatively modern, bathroom was very dated and smelled musty but for one night we made do. Lots of parking and close to restaurants like Tim Hortons, McDonald's and Subway. Hotel has a pool, it was decent, water was clean but chilly,y boys didn't seem to mind.

The best thing about the hotel was the Piper Arms pub attached to the hotel. Biggest concern is that after driving a few hours to get to the hotel early due to up coming storm that I wanted to avoid driving in only to be told that an early check would be an additional charge. Also if you want a later check out there was also an additional charge. One other detail to be aware of for the area is that there is a 4% municipal tax added to your bill.
