Daily cleaning was a little hit & miss, had to ask front desk for toilet paper…card readers for room doors was also hit & miss, my card never worked even after replacing it, but it would open an exterior door from the parking area…I just felt the room needs a refresh, find it a bit dated.

The heat was off upon arrival and took 3 hours to get to a proper temperature. The bed was very old and way too soft, with a permanent dent in the middle. I am not at all fussy about mattresses but this one needs replacing asap. We did not sleep very well due to mattress. Room 222.

The room was clean and comfortable , and the staff were very friendly and polite. The only issue I had was that it was not great having a shower in water up to your ankles. The pull up knob did not completely shut off the water to the tub. I did mention this to the front desk staff on checking out. Other than that, I would definitely feel comfortable staying here again.

The reception was unfriendly. I was given the key to my room and when I went in, there was a man asleep in the bed. I went back to reception and, when I explained what happened , she simply raised an eyebrow as if it was my fault and give me a new key. The TV had 4 channels, one of which was Fox, one was 24 hour golf and the other two looked like traffic and weather and an old movie network. The pool area was freezing and the pool temperature was even colder. The room was cold and, no matter how high I jacked up the temperature. When I checked out the attendant was as unfriendly as the check in, practically non verbal. The only positive thing was coffee and a microwave in the room. The experience was beyond disappointing, it was just awful.
