We would stay here again

Nice area sounded by nature close to bike trails and close to grocery stores and some restaurants. We drove to Bentonville to eat out. Inside is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable couch, primary bedroom mattress was firm and sheets are soft. The extra $60+ a night in fees/taxes is something to be aware of.
