Charming 1 bd/1 bath Loft w/garage on Down Under Trail

Unwind in Bella Vista at this lovely house. This cozy retreat features 1 soothing bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom stocked with a hair dryer, and a charming living room with a comfy sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the proximity to golfing, Bella Vista & Bentonville trails and even jump on the Razorback Greenway and ride all the way to Fayetteville. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Bella Vista and our house has to offer. 2.6 miles to I-49 and right out the front of the home you can get directly on the Down Under Trail. The new Bike Lift Park will be coming in 2026 and 3 minutes away.
All living space is upstairs, you will have the right garage bay to hang out, store bikes, etc. We have a mini fridge, cooler, work bench, corn hole, glider/chair, charcoal grill and TV for your use.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
